Network marketing offers us average Joe’s an affordable business that can take us from barely making it to multi-millionaires. It also has the power to make us bankrupt. Here are a few tips that I’ve learned thus far in my network marketing career.
Network Marketing Tips #1: Never Give Up.
No matter what expectations you had coming into network marketing and if those expectations have lived up to your expectations never give up.
Everybody in this industry will experience set backs those that make a full time income that enables them to retire from their jobs are the ones who never give up.
Network Marketing Tips #2: Set a Monthly Budget.
I learned this lesson the hard way. When I started my first network marketing business I was so excited to start making money that I placed advertisements everywhere.
I definately took massive action, but I had spent all my money within a few months and with no recruits or money made I had to quit. This is probably the most valuable lesson I learned because when your a newbie there is a learning curve that you have to go through before you learn what works and what doesn’t, so make sure you set a monthly advertising budget.
Network Marketing Tips #3: Pick The Right Company.
Before joining any company evaluate it to see if it’s the right company for you. What you need to evaluate:
-Do they have a consumable product/service?
-Do they offer a 100% money-back guarantee?
-What’s their track record?
-How long have they been in business?
-Does their compensation plan spell out exactly how you will be paid?
-Do they have good management?
-Do they have strong marketing support?
Net Marketing Tips #4: Get-Rich-Quick.
The reason network marketing gets so much bad publicity is because prospects come into the business with a get-rich-quick mentality.
You have to realize that there is no such thing as a free lunch you have to treat this business like a business not a hobby. If you treat your network marketing business like a business it will pay you like a business. If you treat it like a hobby it will pay you like a hobby.
Initially, it takes a lot of time and effort to make money in this industry, but if you never give up and come in with the right mentality then I guarantee you will be successful.
Realize that you will hear more NO’s than YES’s that doesn’t matter though if you stick it out long enough you will live a lifestyle that few enjoy.
